Season Overview

Program Description
Boys volleyball will be offered as a skills clinic plus intramural-style league for 5th/6th and 7th/8th grade divisions this spring. Please note, 3rd/4th graders may be allowed to participate upon request however the player’s parent/guardian must serve as a volunteer. Each session will have both skill development and opportunities to play. Participants will divide into new teams for each day’s session.

Program Goal

This program seeks to offer an opportunity for boys who are either brand-new to the game or have played for a while to learn and improve on volleyball skills including learning the game through fun skill development drills and active scrimmages each session.


When can I register? 
Open Spring registration will be held the month of January 2023. Registration will be accepted online at Please note, all participants who register during the open registration period, January 1st – 31st, are guaranteed placement. After this time, waitlists may form if divisions become full.

What is the cost?

Spring fees (early bird pricing) will be $100 for all divisions (5th/6th and 7th/8th). Please note, families who have a 3rd/4th grader who is interested in playing, need to contact the Mudsock Youth Athletics office to have this option added to your cart under your account. Staff will also confirm your volunteer commitment.

Early bird pricing will be available during the month of January. Beginning February 1st, registration fees will increase.

When/where are the sessions held?

The season will run for 4 weeks, from April 14th - May 12th. Each week will consist of a Friday evening (6:30 – 8 p.m.) and a Sunday afternoon (2:30 – 4 p.m.) offering at Fishers Junior High School..

What gear do we need?

Players should arrive in athletic attire including knee pads and tennis shoes. Balls will be provided for use during the sessions.

Can I help with the volleyball sessions?

Yes! Parents/guardians as well as community members with a passion for volleyball are encouraged to help provide this offering as coaching volunteers. If interested, please sign up as a volunteer coach when registering your participant for the upcoming session or by contacting [email protected]. Background checks and concussion training will be required for each volunteer.

Is there a refund policy?

January 1 – February 15 – Refund after $32 non-refundable is subtracted.
February 16 – March 15 – 50% refund after $32 non-refundable is subtracted.
March 16 – March 31 – 25% refund after $32 non-refundable is subtracted.
After March 31 – No refund.
